Our Swiss watch service center has the latest equipment required by all Swiss watch companies. Some of this equipment includes the Greiner Vibrograf ACS 900 cleaning machine, a Witschi Chronoscope M1 timing machine, Witschi Proofmaster M water resistant tester, and the Bergeon No 6928-vr winding and testing machine.

Mechanical watch service includes:

1. Disassembling the case by removing the crystal, dial, and movement, then crown, pushers, gaskets, and so on until every piece connecting to the case is separated is done by our watchmakers.
2. Cleaning and polishing the bracelet and case then putting the case back together minus the dial and movement.
3. The entire movement is broken down into all of its separate pieces to be checked for any damaged parts that may need to be replaced.
4. The movement is now cleaned in our Greiner Vibrograf ACS 900 cleaning machine.
5. The movement is re-assembled and lubricated if necessary.
6. It is now delicatly put back in the case with the dial and sealed.
7. The water resistance is checked in the Witschi Proofmaster M machine
8. The watch is placed on a Bergeon watch winder for up to 48 hours to ensure it is running properly.
9. The watch is now ready to returned and it will include a 2 year warranty for your full service automatic watch repair.

Raymond Lee Jewelers has all the tools and equipment in stock to make sure your quartz watch remains water resistant after it has been serviced. When your battery is replaced all gaskets are changed then  the watch is tested to make sure it remains water resistant. This service is available for all water resistant watches.
