Some of the state of the art equipment that can be found in our Swiss watch service shop includes: Greiner Vibrograf ACS 900 cleaning machine, Witschi Chronoscope M1 timing machine, Witschi Proofmaster M water resistance tester and the Bergeon No. 6928-vr. This is all the latest equipment required by major Swiss watch companies to service there watches.

Full mechanical Swiss watch services include a complete overhaul of the movement, replacement parts (if necessary), refinishing of the case and bracelet and new gaskets. The watch is guaranteed to be water resistant and our work is warranted for 2 years.

All water resistant quartz watch repairs and services include new gaskets (unless otherwise requested) and water resistance test on Raymond Lee's state of the art Witschi Proofmaster M. This will surely assure all water resistant watches remain water resistant after service.

Raymond Lee watchmakers are expressly trained to refinish (polish) watch cases and bracelets to factory specifications. When a watch is refinished it appears very nearly like the time it was acquired. Our watchmakers will refinish watches in stainless steel, 18 karat/steel and solid 18 karat. Some older 18 karat and 14 karat watches become dented over time. Implementing our laser technology, our watchmakers would be able to fill the dents and refinish the watch to totally clear away the deterioration from wear.

Question: Should I wait for my watch to stop working before I get it serviced?

Answer: No, regular maintenance of your Swiss watch is important to insure the mechanism performs within factory specifications. Problems become larger if you wait for them to happen.

Question: My watch got wet on the inside, what should I do?

Answer: It is important to immediately open the crown and ship us the watch overnight. Bring it in right away if local.

Question: Do you replace watch batteries?

Answer: Absolutely! We replace watch batteries in water resistant and non-water resistant watches.

Question: The dial on my watch is faded and damaged, what can be done?

Answer: One of two things can be done. If a replacement is available, our watchmakers can change the dial out. If your dial is a rare item, the dial can be refinished to look brand new.

Question: How long does it take to get my watch repaired?

Answer: It depends on what the watch needs. Mechanical watch services generally take 2-4 weeks. Quartz watch services can take a week or less.
