Every Swiss watch service center is required to have Twenty First Century watch makers on staff. Our service center has Twenty First Century watch makers that specialize in the maintanance and repair of all Swiss watch brands. Raymond Lee Jewelers specializes in complicated repairs including minute repeater service and repair, Tourbillion service and repair and many other complicated services.

All automatic and mechanical full services are accompanied by a 2 year warranty.

All quartz movement overhauls are accompanied by a 3 year warranty and free lifetime battery replacement.

All basic services for quartz watches are accompanied by a 1 year warranty.

Our Swiss watch service center has the latest equipment required by all Swiss watch companies. Some of this equipment includes the Greiner Vibrograf ACS 900 cleaning machine. Witschi Chronoscope M1 timing machine, Witschi Proofmaster M water resistant tester and the Bergeon No 6928-vr winding and testing machine.

Mechanical watch service includes:

1.Our watch maker will disassemble the case by removing the crystal, dial, and movement, then crown, pushers, gaskets, and so on until every piece connecting to the case is separated.
2. Then he will clean and polish the bracelet and case and put the case back together minus the dial and movement.
3. Next, he takes apart the entire movement into all of its separate pieces. He will check for any damaged parts and replace them if necessary.
4. After the parts are replaced, the movement is cleaned in our Greiner Vibrograf ACS 900 cleaning machine.
5. Then, he puts the movement back together with lubrication as necessary.
6. Once the movement is back together, it is put back in the case with the dial and sealed.
7. The water resistance is checked in the Witschi Proofmaster M machine
8. After the water resistance is guaranteed, we set the watch on a Bergeon watch winder for a day or two to ensure it is running properly before giving it back to you.
9. When you pick up the watch you will receive a 2 year warranty for your full service automatic watch repair.

Raymond Lee Jewelers has all the tools and equipment in stock to make sure your quartz watch remains water resistant after it has been serviced. When your battery is replaced all gaskets are changed as well. The watch is then tested to make sure it remains water resistant.
